This report explains the CDM's Programmes of Activities (PoAs) and lays out their status so far, focusing on their regional distribution and activity types. We look at the entities involved in PoAs and their approach to developing them. Assessing the potential of PoAs to generate credits though 2020, we offer a rough forecast of CERs from PoAs going forward.
POINTCARBON ANALYSIS – California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) is being challenged in court, causing concern that the state’s cap-and-trade program will be next to face a lawsuit.
